Return Policy

Products purchased from Komotree.com may be returned for a refund minus the shipping costs to the original payment form within 30 days of purchase.  For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable method from a carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Komotree is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided.

Please make sure to include a copy of the receipt or your name, email address and order id under which you have placed your order so we can process your refund.

Once the item is received at Komotree, we will credit your account the product cost. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on your statement.
