How long will it take to get my order?

• All standard orders are processed within 2 business days, standard shipping typically arrives within 2-9 business days. 
• Due to COVID-19, Komotree cannot not guarantee a specific arrival time due to the carrier's delivery constraints.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We currently do not ship outside the United States. 

Sales Tax

We are based in Virginia where a 6% sales tax is applied to any item. Any orders outside Virginia are tax free. If sales tax is applicable, it will be calculated during the checkout process.
